The school includes a patio, a boutique, a meeting room, a wine cellar and four kitchen-workshops equipped and furnished to make you feel at home.
When you arrive, you can enjoy a tasty breakfast or refreshment to get the class off to a smooth start. Snacks are different depending on the schedule you choose.
Once behind the stove, you will discover the recipe of the day and the quality, fresh, local ingredients. The chef will guide you through each step of the class, giving instructions to ensure your preparation is as successful as possible. You will taste your dish at the end of the course, just like in a real professional kitchen, adjusting seasonings if necessary.
