Butternut cream soup, cumin-roasted pumpkin, mixed mushrooms and chestnuts.

MAIN COURSE
Lamb shoulder confit, sweet potato mousseline, roasted cauliflower, lamb jus with mild spices, almond and prune condiments.
Cod fillet snacked with lobster sauce, potato mousseline, garden peas, crunchy fennel salad.

DESSERT
Carrément Choc et Poire, Trio of chocolate ganaches (white and milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache infused with red fruit tea), poached pear with hibiscus, crumble nugget.
