Important information

  • Please arrive at the Eiffel Tower 45 minutes before the time of your reservation to go through the security check, pick up your ticket at the reception desk and take the elevator.
  • Please respect this schedule so that we can guarantee you priority access to the lifts and your place in the restaurant.
  • Cancellation and modification possible at D-3

How to get to the forecourt

  • At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, go to Entrance 1 with your reservation confirmation, in the line dedicated to the Brasserie.
  • This will be indicated by specific signs. For security reasons, bags will be checked.

Collecting your ticket

  • In order to reach the second floor, you must first go to the reception of Madame Brasserie located on the forecourt to collect your elevator ticket.
  • Think about it by scanning the QR code displayed at the Reception, you will benefit from our mystery game which will accompany you until your arrival at Madame Brasserie.

Take the elevator

  • The receptionist will tell you which elevator to take to get to the second floor: A dedicated line to the brewery is available for each ascent.
  • All you have to do is start our Mystery Game and go to the restaurant.
