If you like cheese, this is your chance to find out what it's all about. Come and learn how to make cheese, from B to Z! From B, yes, because step A is up to the farmer, who collects his milk. We collect it, then we lend you an apron, you roll up your sleeves, and off you go!
Guided by your cheesemaker, you will spend a convivial moment while remaining focused on what is happening in your milk.
Each one of you will make your own cheeses that you can take home with you!
Since there will be some free time (cheese knows how to make itself desired!) we have also prepared a small tasting of cheese and wine: the specialty of Paroles de Fromagers.
