Guided by your cheesemaker, you will spend a convivial moment while remaining focused on what is happening in your milk.
Each one of you will make your own cheeses that you can take home with you!
Since there will be some free time (cheese knows how to make itself desired!) we have also prepared a small tasting of cheese and wine: the specialty of Paroles de Fromagers.
