Your evening's menu
At the table, the story unfolds like a screenplay, with a four-course menu offering three starters, four main courses and four desserts, each offering a perfect pairing of food and wine.
Menus are prepared on board using fresh seasonal produce and are subject to change approximately every six weeks.

- Broccoli Royale, Truffled Sunflower Seed Condiment
- Lightly smoked salmon, citrus fruits and crushed dill
3nd time (Hot starter)
- Mushroom and spring onion cookpot, vegetable reduction
- Small hot guinea fowl and foie gras pâté, curly endive salad
4nd time (a meat or fish dish)
- Blue lobster from our coasts, beets and seaweed, light bisque
- Steamed turbot, zucchini and pecorino, peppered cooking juices
- Sautéed saddle of lamb, peppered artichokes and black olives
- Roasted Culoiseau chicken supreme, darphin potatoes, real juice
