The legend of Maxim's began in May 1893 when Irma de Montigny, a seductive courtesan, pushed open the door of the small bistro, located at 3 rue Royale, opened a few days earlier by Maxime Gaillard, a waiter. After more than 120 years of history, Maxim's has become a truly legendary universe and is today one of the most famous and legendary French restaurants, thanks to its inestimable historical heritage.
Embark on a cruise with art-deco decor
In order to offer you a unique experience, the Paris Seine and Maxim's teams have joined forces to faithfully recreate the Art Deco universe of the legendary restaurant on the Seine.
