You will taste different grape varieties before putting yourself in the shoes of an oenologist and creating your own blend. Once your blend is created, you will taste a wine from his selection with your sommelier. Finally, to end this workshop, you will cork, label and leave with your own wine.
Finally, to finish this workshop, you will cork, wax and label your bottle. You will leave with a wine of your creation.

Your sommelier will guide and advise you during this workshop so that you can create your 100% personalized blend.
Become a true oenologist and, step by step, learn the techniques and secrets of winemakers to create unique vintages.
How does the tasting take place?
We advise you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
The whole experience takes place over 2 hours.
One of our sommeliers will start by showing you around the Louvre cellars, dating back to the 18th century, and will tell you the history of the place.
Then you move on to the blending laboratory, where you will taste several grape varieties, learn how to taste a wine and make your own.
Once your blend of grape varieties is complete, you will still have to bottle it, cork it, seal it with hot wax and finally label it.
